Hello, Iām Lily!
I chose to pursue a career in therapy because I deeply believe in the importance of feeling acknowledged and understood. While our journeys are uniquely our own, we don't have to navigate them in isolation. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my mission is to build upon your existing strengths while exploring avenues for personal growth. Therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, and my aim is to offer a compassionate, nurturing environment where you feel safe to explore and evolve.
My educational background includes a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University, followed by a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, also from Colorado State University. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in spending quality time with my partner and our dog, Nokhu. I enjoy delving into captivating mystery novels, baking treats, and running. I feel the most myself when I can strike a balance of time spent outdoors, cherished moments with loved ones, and peaceful moments at home. Being a native of Colorado, I am deeply rooted in the beauty of this state and cannot envision calling any other place home.
