Therapy doesn’t have to stay indoors
Especially if you’re not feeling any benefits! Colorado's natural beauty is more than a backdrop—it's a part of our lifestyle. At Petal & Pine Therapy, we integrate the healing power of movement and fresh air, both scientifically proven to reduce mental health symptoms, into your therapy journey. Through guided outdoor sessions, you’ll experience the transformative connection between nature and personal growth, helping you make meaningful progress toward your well-being.
As an avid runner and someone who thrives on staying active, I discovered that integrating nature into my therapy journey made a profound difference in my growth and healing. Drawing from my personal experiences and specialized training in therapeutic, nature-based interventions, I offer a unique approach to traditional talk therapy. Walk-and-talk therapy might be the transformative tool you’ve been looking for—combining movement, fresh air, and meaningful conversation to help you thrive.
